The Bank Receipts book will also show the VAT element included in your sales invoices that have been paid.
Record over 1200 entries per book, under the following column headers: Date you were paid the money; Name of the person / organisation paying; Sales Number; Other Information; Sales (If the transaction is a sale enter the total here); Other (If the transaction is NOT a sale enter the total here); Total paid to current account; Total paid to deposit account; Total paid to 3rd account, or as cash; VAT Memo (Enter the amount of VAT included in the invoice).
