Resistance (Weight) Training Record Book
This book allows you to keep a portable record of your reps, sets and weights used during you gym workouts.
Use a different page for each set of muscles used (e.g., biceps & triceps, or legs & shoulders). On the top of each page you can record:
The muscle groups worked; The name of the person working out; The date of the first entry on the page
The main part of each page is a workout chart. This allows you to record information for individual sessions:
The date of workout session; Sets, reps and weight used for 10 different exercises; Record limited comments on workout
