Resistance (Weight) Training Record Cards
These cards allow you to keep a portable record of your reps, sets and weights used during gym workouts.
Record 32 workout sessions per card
Use a different card for each set of muscles used (e.g., biceps & triceps, or legs & shoulders). On the top of each card you can record: The muscle groups worked; The name of the person working out; The date of the first entry on the card.
The main part of each card is a workout chart. This allows you to record information for individual sessions: The date of workout session; Sets, reps and weight used for 10 different exercises; Limited comments on workout.
